Tim Tandem Experti osnovan je 2012. godine, no naši instruktori imaju znatno dulje iskustvo u padobranstvu i bili su aktivni u sportu i prije osnivanja tima.

Što znače USPA i CCAA?

USPA je najveća svjetska padobranska organizacija koja je razvila sigurnosne procedure i regulative, sustav licenciranja i školovanja te je najraširenija padobranska organizacija u svijetu. CCAA je Hrvatska agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo koja u Hrvatskoj donosi Pravilnik o padobranstvu te propisuje pravila i propise u hrvatskom padobranstvu. CCAA prihvaća i uvažava USPA pravila, regulative i protokole.

Na kojim lokacijama izvodite tandem skokove osim Aerodroma Lučko?

Osim Aerodroma Lučko u Zagrebu, tandem skokove izvodimo na sljedećim lokacijama: Aerodrom Varaždin, Aerodrom Pribislavec (Čakovec), Poreč, te u Sloveniji – Šentvid pri Stični i Metlika.

Rekli ste da vas angažiraju i druge organizacije – što to znači?

To znači da naši instruktori rade i za druge padobranske centre, osobito tijekom zimskog razdoblja kada u Hrvatskoj nema redovitih skokova. Aktivni smo i na lokacijama izvan Europe, uključujući Keniju, Tanzaniju, Kinu, Egipat, Ganu i druge destinacije.

Radite li i s drugim timovima u Hrvatskoj?

Da. Ostvarujemo blisku suradnju s više padobranskih timova i klubova, uključujući Skydive Croatia (u čijem smo osnivanju sudjelovali), Skydive Zagreb, Skydive Varaždin, TS Team i Aeroklub Aviator.

You can give a gift voucher to your partner, friend, family member, or business associate. The voucher holder independently books their jump within the validity period, depending on available locations and operational conditions. A gift voucher is not just a present—it is an opportunity to fulfill the dream of flying and experience something truly unforgettable.

Step 1 Fill out the form

Please complete the form with the details of the person the gift voucher will be issued to. In the Notes field, make sure to enter your full name, email address, and phone number (the person purchasing the voucher). In the “voucher recipient email” field, enter the actual recipient’s email address, not your own. We do not contact the recipient before the jump to avoid spoiling the surprise. This email address is used only for sending video and photo materials after the jump.

Step 2 Payment for the gift voucher

After submitting the form, you will be redirected to a page with payment details, where you can complete the payment for the selected items included in the voucher.
Prices for individual services are available in our price list, and the total amount will be shown in step 2.

Gift voucher delivery by email: After receiving payment and the completed form, the gift voucher will be sent to your email address. If you need the voucher urgently, please send us proof of payment and we will send it as soon as possible.
Booking a jump date: After the voucher has been given, the recipient can book their jump within the validity period exclusively via email by providing the voucher serial number, full name, and preferred jump date.
Surprise gift vouchers: Tandem Experti will not contact the voucher recipient in order to avoid spoiling the surprise. Please have the recipient contact us to arrange a booking, or inform us when it is appropriate to reach out to them.
Voucher validity: Purchased and paid vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, and unused vouchers are not eligible for a refund. It is possible to extend the validity within the active period by paying the extension fee.
Weight limits: Candidates exceeding the maximum allowed weight cannot participate in the jump and are not eligible for a refund. Individuals weighing (men 100 kg and women 90 kg) or more on the day of the jump must pay an additional fee according to the price list. Individuals weighing (men 110 kg and women 100 kg) or more cannot participate in a tandem skydive.
The voucher holder has the right to transfer the voucher to another person within the validity period.
Jump altitude: Gift vouchers are valid for jumps up to 3000 meters unless stated otherwise on the voucher. If you wish to jump from a higher altitude, an additional fee applies according to the price list available on our website.
Jump location: Gift vouchers are not tied to a specific location and can be used at any of the locations currently available. The voucher holder cannot request a specific location if the service is not available there at that time. If you require a specific location, we recommend contacting us before purchasing the voucher.
Data verification: Please check all details upon receiving the voucher and report any errors within 3 days, as later complaints will not be accepted.
Refund policy: Gift vouchers are non-refundable, even if the recipient is unable or unwilling to use them. Unfortunately, newly arising health conditions, pregnancy, or family bereavement do not qualify for a refund.
Weather conditions: Skydiving depends on weather conditions, and jumps cannot be performed in unfavorable conditions such as winter weather, rain, low cloud cover, or strong winds. In case of postponement due to weather or airport unavailability, no refund is issued, but the date can be rescheduled within the validity period. The user is responsible for booking during favorable conditions. We recommend avoiding bookings in November, December, and January due to a high probability of unsuitable weather.
Aircraft maintenance: Aircraft used for skydiving operations are regularly maintained, which may temporarily affect availability.
Cancellation policy: In case of no-show or cancellation within 5 days before the confirmed date, a €50 penalty fee will be charged.
